If you have installed the Cowgirl Model toolbar and do not see the icon, or you installed a new version of Internet Explorer and the Cowgirl Model toolbar is no longer displayed, go to View > Toolbars and click on the Cowgirl Model option.
(You may need to adjust your Firewall to allow the Installation and Updates.)
